Initiation
It majorly involve the understanding of the requirement given by the client.We understand the client's requirements in detail. We deep dive and understand the roles from both skills & culture perspective and make sure we find you an ideal fit.
Sourcing
We have a team of professional recruiters dedicated specifically to IT/BFSI/FMCG/Biotech Domains respectively We use different methods for sourcing candidates that include Web Sourcing ,Social Recruiting ,Job Postings , Portal Search & Employee Referral Programs .
Screening
Our goal here is to narrow down your applicants to the very best candidates.Employment applications are reviewed by the team. The goal of reviewing these application is to find applicants whose qualifications, skills and experiences best match your requirement. We discuss the entire roles & responsibilities of the role with the candidate.
